The location was GREAT, breakfast was good. Comfortable beds, perfect after a long day in Keswick. Derwentwater is very close to the hotel.

breakfast was generous and met the criteria. we were very close to some popular places like lake district national park. we would love to come back here some time as the location was perfect.

It will take about 10 minutes to reach lake district national park by foot. Okay prices, vegetarian breakfast included. The location was near everything we wanted to do. Room suited the needs;))
